This weeks episode is a fun one! I’m joined by my friend Mark Edmead of MTE Advisors about the state of the training and development market.
I think this is an important topic, because there have been such significant shifts in all aspects of training and certification. Part backlash, part circumstantial, there’s a real need to consider what training and development is required at the individual and organizational level. Needless to say, there’s work to do and things to consider.
This and the next episode are a bit longer than I typically am targeting for the podcast, but we just had too much fun! I didn’t want to hack it apart, just for the sake of runtime.
